Came in for a coolant pump replacement. Overcharged me and refused to waive my diagnostic fee even if I committed to get the work done there. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never go here unless you've got money to burn. They asked for 1500. I got the work done for 700 somewhere. Still had to pay 300 for their BS diagnostic fee. Don't know how their rating is so high.

TLC was very professional and informative about the issue with my vehicle. The only problem was the forgot to fix my back tire that has a slow leak. Other than that great job. I will call TLC for further repairs.

John has been very helpful at getting his technicians to figure out what my 2000 Volvo needs without running my bill up too high. I appreciate the time and expertise that they have in diagnosing and repairing my vehicle. I would recommend them to anybody with an older vehicle for their expertise. They probably do a great job on newer vehicles, it’s just I needed somebody who could help me with my 25 year old European car.

Right before I was scheduled to leave town pulling the boat, I had a sudden electrical problem (alternator) with my Mercedes SUV, and Andy was able to get it fixed FAST on the same day and for a fair price. His team also found a failing water pump that would have made my trip over the mountain passes very memorable in the wrong way!!! Thanks Andy and TLC for fixing my car and saving our big family weekend!

Good local mechanic. Keep me informed of what’s going on when I bring my car in and what my options are when something comes up. Everyone at TLC was extremely supportive and attentive. Every issue to be addressed was thoroughly reviewed in-advance as well as after service. They provided alternate transportation during the service process and, exactly as promised, they performed outstanding work while staying within the very reasonable cost estimate they'd provided up-front. Chose to have our pickup towed here by AAA for a repair, as it's listed by AAA for discounting labor by 10% for AAA members. I called prior to bringing it in, mentioning AAA & then when arriving at the shop w/ the keys I asked Andy if they needed to see the AAA card for the discount. He said not yet, that they would handle that later. I got in to pick the truck up right at closing and unfortunately, the final bill didn't include the AAA discount. The next morning I called to see about getting it worked out & refunded, but Andy told me he would have to check with the owner & get back to me. He never did get back to me, & later my wife pointed out that Andy, himself, is the owner. I have no complaints about the work done, but the runaround regarding the AAA discount left a bad taste in my mouth. We chose this shop specifically because of their affiliation with AAA.

Call response to the one voicemail I left was under 24 work week hours. Andy is very clear, listens well to the car issues; scheduled promptly; returned vehicle analysis quickly and car was ready to go 48 hours later. I was told of other car care needed down the road and was given understanding of the vehicles current overall condition. Paid online and arranged after-hours lock box pickup of car. Very professional, honest, thorough and timely team on this visit. $Value for work completed was very fair.

This place is great! I was having a couple of issues with my car and was able to get an appointment to come in right away. They called me within a couple of hours after drop off and had already completed a full inspection. The communication was great - very clear and thorough. They were able to complete all of the repairs within the day, which was very nice as I wasn't without my car for too long. I felt that their prices were really reasonable, and when I shared with my friend who knows cars pretty well he confirmed that the prices were good. I was really happy with my experience here and will definitely be back.

As a woman finding a Auto shop home can be intimidating & challenging. TLC Autocare was recommended and it was a great experience from beginning to end. I recently had knee surgery so leaving my vehicle for the day was necessary. Andy welcomed me in and was able to give me a loaner car to get back home and rest. Andy communicated all recommendations and concerns so I knew what to expect as far as price and wasn't sticker shocked!! Andy also informed me of what to address on my vehicle in the future and estimated cost. I've been lookinG for a reliable trustworthy honest shop my whole life and always Git let down until now I talked to Andy and he talked me into doinG it his way and instead of buildinG up the biGGest bill he kould no he kept his word on the final amount and had to Go out of his way leavinG everythanG he kould off the bill to keep the amount the same and I respekted him for keepinG it 100% and honorinG his word so after payinG the bill for a timinG Ghain I Gave them all extra $100 bills and let them know thay Got my loyalty

No nonsense car repair. He inspected my car, fixed what I asked, told me what would need work in the future, and didn't make me feel like I needed to fix future work right now. He also explained how the problematic parts of my car worked when I asked and gave me good explanations that made sense. Honestly, all that was missing was a sticker for my next oil change.

Been meaning to write a review here for a while! I’ve been bringing my care here for about a year and Andy is amazing! As a women bringing your car into a mechanic I don’t feel like I can always trust what they have to say, but Andy has always been so great and understanding of my situation. The reports he gives via text are also so great, just so I can see what all is going on with my car, the good and the not so good!

They refused to warranty a $207.50 fee I was charged on May 15 .... Auto was checked for same exact issue , then charged another $207.50 fee with no results.... The Manager Andy stated " the problem is you don't drive this car enough. ... Trade it on a Toyota corolla". I had him refund my $$$ as he 😅. Not a laughing matter Sir.. They kept my car 4 days. .. He read the odometer wrong 3 times= 176,218 on 04/13... 109,980 on 05/15 then 112,201 on 09/26.... So it appears I am adding miles onto my 2010 Classic Cadillac DTS.. facts in paperwork... I highly suggest you use a different 🚘 repair service... .. I feel he lied on several conversations, not good business 😕 tactics. . . . . Please do not try to defend these "Facts" Sir. It's all in invoice print outs.

They are nice enough but charge an arm and a leg just for a battery drain issue, that they confirmed was happening but just gave up on trying to resolve it left me with the issue and a $400+ bill for basic multimeter work I could have done myself. Good quality, way over priced. But what place isn't right now..

I've been taking our vehicles to TLC for about 6 months. Honest and straightforward service. Vehicles seem to be in great shape and I understand upcoming maintenance needs. I highly recommend TLC!

TLC provides excellent auto care and service. Came in for a 7.3L Diesel fuel leak, identified the repair needed.... kept me involved, updates, got parts ordered, replacement of parts, got me running, back on the road again. I highly recommend TLC for all auto engine repair needs. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff

I have used TLC AutoCare over several years (10+), for 3 separate vehicles. They have always treated me fairly, and with respect. They know their stuff, and I have been happy with the repairs and maintenance they have preformed. My vehicles always running better then when I dropped them off. Pricing that is comparable and or better then any auto dealership I had quoted prior to my repair. Andy, and his crew are knowledgeable and great to work with.

Very happy to have found this repair shop. They are fair and have your car out in a timely manner. There was a lot of work to do on my truck, yet it didn't take them any longer than they said it would. It drives like a new truck again. I will defiantly use them for all my cars.

After not finding a 'code' for the issue, or being able to replicate it, they continued the diagnosis and offered honest suggestions without pressure. After the issue seemed to reoccur, they gave sound advice and researched possible issues and available for more work if needed - even had a loaner

Really great shop! They accurately diagnosed and fixed my vehicle's noise/vibration problem for a reasonable price, and Andy is so nice! They're located a bit far from me but I'll probably go back again!
